Closed Issue: Simple Sample AMO Access: the partial class SimpleSampleAMOAccess is blank. [8628]

Environment:

1. Win2k3 x64 ENT ENU SP2.
2. VS2005
3. Katmai Samples 81021

Steps:
====================
1. Open the solution file “..\Analysis Services\Programmability\AMO\AS Simple Sample\CS\ServerAdmin.sln" via vs2005.
2. Open the AMO add partition and xmla.cs of ServerAdmin project.
3. Check the content of this class.

Expectation:
===================
The partial class SimpleSampleAMOAccess should contains some source code.

Actual Results:
===================
It is a blank class which have nothing.

Comments:
====================
If the partial class SimpleSampleAMOAccess is unuseful or redundant, it should be removed.
Maybe user is confused that it isn't finished.
